2025 4th QUARTER SEWER AND TRASH BILLS MAILED

 

Please be advised that Quarter 4 sewer and trash bills are in the mail. Payment is due 11/30/25. All residents can access a copy of the current invoice on our website at www.eastgoshen.org by clicking on the first blue button; ONLINE BILL PAY-PAY SEWER AND REFUSE and following the prompts. First-time users will need to ‘Register’. You may view your account information using your Utility Account ID and Utility Account PIN, both of which are visible on your bill. Feel free to call us with any questions. Please allow 1-2 business days for payments to reflect updated balances.

BILL AMOUNT: Residential Sewer bills for July 2025, Oct 2025, Jan 2026, and April 2026 are calculated using the average of 4th quarter 2024 and 1st quarter 2025 actual AQUA water consumption. Sewer rates remain at $60.61 fixed and $12.00/thousand-gallon variable. New residential consumption averages started on the July 2025 bill.

 

Due to ongoing USPS mail delays, we strongly recommend either paying your bill on our website or placing your payment in the drop box at the front of the Township Building, 1580 Paoli Pike.  There is no fee to pay with a check by mail and no postage needed if you drop off the payment. There is now a small convenience fee to pay by check, debit or credit card on our website. The fees are $1.95 per e-check or an added 2.95% per credit/debit card transaction. If you issue payment through your bank bill pay option, please consider issuing payment prior to the Thanksgiving holiday. Payments issued after Thanksgiving may not arrive by the due date and will incur late fees if received after November 30.

 

 

Residents can also sign up for our fee-free electronic payment program. Completing the enrollment form found HERE and providing us with a voided check will ensure that your payment is processed on-time each quarter! Enrollment must be received by November 14, 2025, to participate for the current billing period for both the online payment portal autopay and for the free electronic payment program. Autopay will process on November 20, 2025. Please be aware that a misprint on the bill lists the direct debit date incorrectly as 10/20/25 but the actual debit date is 11/20/2025.
