Representative Comitta and Senator Killion Convene Q & A Session on Mariner East Safety Concerns with PUC, PHMSA, and DEP for East Goshen Residents

 Thursday, January 31st, 7 PM at Fugett Middle School Auditorium

At the request of East Goshen Township, State Representative Carolyn Comitta and Senator Tom Killion will convene a public Q & A session with representatives from the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission; the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration, U. S. Department of Transportation; and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection. The PUC and DEP speakers are confirmed but, due to the federal government shutdown, PHMSA is unconfirmed at this date. This is an opportunity for East Goshen residents to ask questions about siting, permitting, construction, safety, pipeline accidents, eminent domain, and environmental risks and damages.
