Pickleball court rules as of May 8, 2025:
- Reservations just for residents and only on weekdays
Reservations remain: max of two weeks in advance, one hour long, non-consecutive hours, just on courts 1 & 2
We utilize the ReserveR app for reservations, its available for both Android https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.reserver&hl=en&gl=US&pli=1
and iOS https://apps.apple.com/us/app/reserver/id6449623660
The app is free to use; you can also see other players to link up and play
- Courts are all paddle up, except for reservations
We are officially switching over to an “experience-based” paddle up system. So all players have a court they can enjoy playing on, from rookies playing for the first time to advanced players looking for competition!
Courts 5-8 will be for intermediate players
Court 4 for advanced
Court 3 for beginners
Courts 1-2 will remain open and reservable by Township residents.
I moved the paddle up racks around and put on labels noting the change.
This pertains to “paddle up” scenarios when the courts are full with waiting lines. If courts are empty play on whichever you’d like.
Four total paddle up racks, one per two courts
Play to 11
Winners stay on court and split
Max of two games in a row as winners
If 10 people waiting, play to 9
If 20 people waiting, all 4 players off after one game
These rules are posted on large signs on the courts.
Courts to remain “all skill levels”
