Upcoming Conditional Use Hearing – 1010 Hershey’s Mill Road

1010 Hershey Mill Road (also know as the Miller Property ) will be the subject of a Conditional Use (CU) Hearing on Novemebr 15th during the regularly scheduled board meeting at 7:00 PM.

 The CU Hearing will be determing the path forward for a possible land developemtn being proposed at the site.  The Planning Commsision has already reviewed the plan and has made comemnts.  This hearing does not constitute land development and the purpose is  to dicuss the use of the proeprty only.  The applicant will still have to go through a land development process if the conditional use is granted.
