New U.S. Flag Disposal Box
January 30, 2024 9:20 amThere is a new U.S. Flag disposal box at the Township building. The new box is located in the main entrance vestibule by the drop box. Any U.S. Flag that is torn or faded and needs to be disposed of properly can be dropped off at the Township for a proper retirement. Flags must be removed from poles and sticks before dropping off at the Township building. Administrative Office hours are 8am to 4:30pm. The local VFW will conduct a proper flag retirement ceremony to dispose of the flags.
