Goshen 250 Nature Challenge
Mark your calendar for September 20, the launch date for the Goshen250 Nature Challenge. Sometimes referred to as a “BioBlitz,” this nature challenge will be a friendly and fun competition between West Goshen and East Goshen townships to identify 250+ local plants, animals, birds, insects, aquatic life, and more through the free iNaturalist mobile app. Click above for more info!

New U.S. Flag Disposal Box
There is a new U.S. Flag disposal box at the Township building. The new box is located in the main entrance vestibule by the drop box. Any U.S. Flag that is torn or faded and needs to be disposed of properly can be dropped off at the Township for a proper retirement. Flags must be removed from poles and sticks before dropping off at the Township building. Administrative Office hours are 8am to 4:30pm. The local VFW will conduct a proper flag retirement ceremony to dispose of the flags.
