Local EIT filing deadlines always aligned with the Federal and State filing deadlines. Accordingly, the new due date for 2019 Final Returns & 1st Quarter 2020 estimate payments is July 15, 2020.
Sunoco has informed us that they are in the process of shutting down the HDD site at New Kent. Once the HDD site is shut down, all of their equipment will be removed.

Given the national shortage of toilet paper, it may be tempting to use other paper products in the bathroom. However, we wanted to remind residents not to flush paper towels, wipes (even if marketed as “flushable”) & other paper products down the toilet.
Due to the Chester County Commissioners' announcement to extend the Chester County's essential services-only operation to help slow the spread of coronavirus, the Township Building will be closed through April 13.
