Join EGT Conservancy Board for a Waterways Presentation!
The East Goshen Conservancy Board is hosting an informative evening looking at the health status of East Goshen waterways and ideas to enhance our relationship to these these important assets. The healthy condition of East Goshen waterways is increasingly challenged by property development and routine maintenance of physical assets that includes fertilizers, insecticides, planting, and landscape encroachment. As the township grows, residents and businesses can take steps to enhance the condition of our waterways. Topics include: Defining our streams with in a system waterways in the Delaware River watershed, current conditions of East Goshen streams, what the idealized condition of streams would be and some ideas on what residents and businesses can do to narrow the gap between the where we are at and the idealized state of our streams.
