8/30/21 – East Goshen Sends Letter to PUC Requesting Halt to ME 1

The EGT Board of Supervisors and the Pipeline Task Force sent a joint letter to the PUC requesting to halt the operation of ME1 8- & 12-inch pipeline.

This joint letter outlines concerns that align with the letter sent to the PUC by the Chester County Commissioners on July 19, 2021.

The East Goshen Township Board of Supervisors approved Resolution 2021-199 in recognition of the Meghan Flynn et al and the Pro Se Complainants for their effort concerning the safety of East Goshen citizens.


On November 10, 2020, the Township Board of Supervisors adopted the Pipeline Saturation Ordinance.
