Capital Program
Township staff presents a 5-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) to the Board of Supervisors annually. Capital expenses are paid out of the Township’s sinking funds. Funds are transferred into the sinking funds annually to ensure that the Township can replace all existing Township assets when they reach the end of their useful lives.
