Please be aware that prior to selling or renting out a residence or business space, or changing the use of a business in the Township, you must complete The Residential Property Transfer Application.

2025 Residential Resale/Refinance Update:

As of February 1, 2025

1. All transfer applications will require an inspection before the U&O will be issued.
2. The fee is $150.00 dollars.
   • We will review the property for:
     • Open Permits
     • Open Violations
     • Any change of Use
3. The Residential Property Transfer Application and Trash and Sewer Certification Applications are now combined in one application.
4. (3) Checks are to be submitted:
   • $150.00
   • $15.00
   • $15.00

Please note:

• All checks to be made out to East Goshen Township.
• * Application processing time is 15 business days from the date received.
• * Incomplete applications will returned without processing.
